East Pacific Coast Distribution And Assistance Network

East Pacific Coast Distribution and Assistance Network

East Pacific Coast Distribution and Assistance Network is a New Zealand based pilot project first introduced to the New Zealand government under the provincial growth imitative as a result of the NZ first and Labour government coalition in 2018.

EPCDAN

This pilot project is focused on breaking the historically established debt cycle of entrapment which has dramatically impacted on growth and innovation within New Zealand.

If you want to change your greater community for the better to build sustainable growth and innovation then you start at the basic unit from where this outcome will grow from "The Family"

The primary focus of EPCDAN is on the initial individual member and their needs required to achieve empowerment for them and their immediate family members and the interactions within their local community.  Empowerment comes from the ability to choose which then generates hope.  Hope then empowers the individual/family to aim higher and growth of self-worth/self-believe, "which is removed through debt entrapment".  This leads to families working to empower their communities as a whole which the leads to localised innovation for growth opportunities.

EPCDAN is a membership based community networking system operating in a fully commercial capacity with a focus on sound decisions and processes in order to achieve the desired outcomes

This pilot project is about being able to meet to objectives that are contained in the title.  These are distribution and assistance, This does not mean it is a charity giving away funds to anyone with accountability or ability to repay.  This is not an individual wealth generating scheme, it is about rebuilding the local/national economic viability based upon an empowering approach.  The 2 sections are detailed below in summary and are governed by processes contained in the deed.

Distribution:

Distribution means the ability to use more localised membership based organisations or sub based networks to distribute assigned funds for the purposes outlined in the EPCDAN deed.  these funds are designed to be fully repaid at the designated interests assigned at the designated time of distribution with a set designated timeframe.  Note the interest rates are set for the duration of the agreed term and will not be changed thus providing stability.

Note: all funds are designed to be repaid then re-invested back into the networks from which they came from, (i.e. New Zealand generated funds will be reused solely in New Zealand).  This means company can chose to invest through donations into a community/region etc. and they can see clearly how the funds have been accounted for and that it is fully re-invested.

Assistance:

Each individual member can chose to apply for assistance for anything as long as it can show how this will benefit their family and empower them to grow free from the debt based cycle.

This can range from education, medical assistance, home stability, transport freedom, etc.  Each member has the right to apply but each application has to be taken on it's on merits and must meet the required affordability tests.  no member can receive any assistance that will impact on their current position in a negative manner if approved.

Members also have the ability to ask and apply for projects/events going on their local community but has to show how/why this help is needed and the benefits to the greater community.  at no point is a member able to benefit directly or in-directly from these events

Auditing:

Please note that the audit process is conducted at random and upon request by a designated team that has no involvement directly or indirectly once the project is operational and are governed by the terms outlined in the deed and operational procedures.

Employees:

All employees of EPCDAN and connected networks are able to apply for the same benefits as the members but are not and cannot be members and any network connected to EPCDAN.
